Dear KICKgen Members & Martial Arts Enthusiasts:
You could be our next KICKgen Rising Stars Calendar model!

Here’s a personal invitation from me to all KICKgen members and all martial artists who want the chance to be featured in the 2nd annual 2010 KICKgen Rising Stars Calendar coming out on November 1, 2009. We’ll also announce the winners on KICKgen and post your photo and information to push your rising star even higher.

If you’re chosen, you’ll be one of the featured months in the calendar, but there are some new twists and turns to the contest.

Here’s how it will work:

August 7, 2009 the contest begins. To enter, email a high quality headshot and an action photo with your signed model release form and completed bio document to: calendars@kickgen.com or fax it to 866-660-4707 before September 6th 2009.

The schedule:
• Contest begins August 7, 2009
• Contest closes September 6, 2009 and round one of judging of all KICKgen members begins
• September 14, 2009 round two begins and ends on September 20th
• September 21, 2009 round three begins and ends on September 27th - if a third round is needed

Just like a tournament, each round narrows down the field until we have 12 finalists. To be chosen, you will need to submit excellent photos and be an outstanding example of a martial artist. When you fill out the biographical form pay extra attention to the “why should you be chosen as a calendar finalist?”
